The Kitchen

Our new Kitchen has been designed and equipped with you in mind. All the appliances are easy to use, with capacity to prepare and cook for up to all house guests in a self catered way, and yet also suitable for a Chef to provide you with a Catered service if you wish.

There are 3 Double ovens, a large Induction hob, and generous work surfaces to allow plenty of space for preparing food for larger groups.

This is where you will have your Breakfast and lunch with a variety of seating options and lots of flexibility. The kitchen has a large island suitable for small group activity such a cooking demonstrations or simply to allow a group of people to work together preparing meals. The kitchen has all the equipment that a keen cook would expect to find in a well equipped kitchen.

There are 2 large capacity domestic dishwashers and a large double sink.

The Morningside Room

The Morningside Room is our formal dining space which comfortably seats up to a maximum of 28 people yet is a cosy room with flexible table setting allowing flexibility.

The Morningside Room is ideally located adjacent to the kitchen for ease of access and service.

The Riverside Room

The Riverside Room is what we call the 'Party Room'. It is a blank canvas. Warm wooden floors, lots of natural light and a cosy log fire with French doors opening out onto the Riverside (hence the name!). This room can be used for a Ceilidh, Disco, Yoga, Meditation, Games, Meeting space. It has previously hosted Dinner, Upholstery Classes & Lampshade making courses to name but a few.

The Riverside Room can also accommodate up to 40 people for a meal (for events that may have non resident guests joining the group) For this there is an additional cost for which we quote separately.
